In-Stock Items

  • Cancellation Window: Requests to change or cancel orders for in-stock items can be accepted during our normal business hours, up to one business day prior to the scheduled ship date.

  • Post-Ship Date: Requests made on or after the scheduled ship date cannot be accommodated.

Make-to-Order (MTO) Items

Many of our products are manufactured specifically to customer specifications. As such, the production process often begins shortly after order confirmation.

Returning Products
